The brief was to transform an outdated kitchen into a modern and highly functional space for a family who love to entertain. The design required relocating spaces, integrating a butler’s pantry, and reconfiguring layout flow, all while the clients remained living in the home. Timing was critical here. The butler’s pantry was completed and operational first, allowing the main kitchen works to proceed with minimal disruption.
Kitchens require tight coordination across trades, cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical. By setting clear milestones and managing sequencing carefully, we kept the project on programme and within budget. The result: a highly functional yet beautiful, social space that works just as well for everyday family life as it does for entertaining.
