Originally completed just prior to the earthquakes, this home required significant remediation and rebuild work following damage. Designed to maximise views with large-span openings and expansive decking, the structure demanded strong engineering input and careful sequencing, particularly around steel integration and elevated deck construction.
Rebuilding required reassessing structural performance while preserving the original design and vision.
