This renovation needed specialist building expertise to transform the final stage of a stunning home. By seamlessly connecting the house to its pool and cabana (including a gym area), we created a private and functional entertaining space. This involved complex structural detailing, waterproofing challenges around the pool, and resolving council compliance issues that surfaced mid-project. We worked closely with engineers and specialists to redesign key elements, including a custom solution for the in-ground automatic pool cover, ensuring functionality while maintaining the aesthetics of the space.
With multiple variations and compliance adjustments along the way, clear communication was critical. We staged the works carefully to minimise disruption and kept the programme updated so decisions were made at the right time. The result is effortless indoor–outdoor flow and a high-performing outdoor living space.
